Individual Health Consultations

The aim of a nutritional practitioner is to identify the underlying root cause of a health imbalance, rather than treating symptoms.

 1:2:1  consultations with clients to conduct an assessment of your health and get a detailed case history - offer advice. 

Follow-up review meetings to monitor and evaluate patient progress.  I recommend and analyse laboratory tests, which give indications of nutritional imbalances, the functioning of the liver and the digestive system  Help to plan, shop, and teach you how to prepare meals for yourself. Work on your perfect diet that supports your well being goals and make you feel healthy again.    

An initial 1:2:1 consultation lasts up to 60 minutes. During the first session I will gather  information about your current health, eating habits and lifestyle. We will discuss your concerns and symptoms, your medical history, family history, current medications, supplementation and your  diet. This will enable me to understand your unique circumstances and establish the potential root cause of your health concerns.  

We will discuss food foods that may be contributing to your ailments. I suggest foods that may help alleviate your symptoms and explain the link between food and certain health conditions. We will talk through vitamin and mineral deficiencies if needed and advice on ways to correct these. I  will also discuss  and recommend any additional functional laboratory tests.
Together we will agree on your health goals and I will work with you to agree a safe and effective plan for you to follow.

We will schedule a follow up consultations are usually scheduled 4-6 weeks later in order to monitor progress and make any necessary adjustments answer any questions you may have. We will decide if the further follow-ups may be required depending on each individual situation. All consultations are conducted in a professional privacy.​

Initial Consultation (1 hour): £65

Follow-up Consultations (45 min): £40​
